Our challenger’s goal, was to strengthen their positioning as an up-market dentist even further. To implement this, our strategy was to improve the overall experience and value of their content to their customers, across all the brand’s touchpoints online. Alongside this goal and strategy, we also wanted to improve the volume, quality and tracking of leads.

A full-circle social media approach

The Objective
This challenger’s goal for this campaign was to gather more leads and elevate the experience to the end user. Our plan was to build a really nice journey into the brand for the customers. From the ads, to the landing page, and then the practice, they were going to get a really nice seamless journey that comforted, reassured and provided confidence at every step.

Continual Communication
Our social specialist had fortnightly meetings with Spa Dental to learn from the client directly, discuss their pain points, talk about what was working, troubleshoot what hasn’t been, review their new patient numbers to make sure they were correct, and work through any new ideas together.

Tapping into Gen Z
Spa Dental’s trust in our creative approach has empowered us to innovate their social media presence, making it more relatable to Gen Z. This collaboration lets us experiment with fresh, user-focused content that blends premium aesthetics with engaging messaging.

A brand to mirror the elegance of their practice.

Spa Dental aimed to reimagine its brand to mirror the elegance and sophistication of its newly renovated offices across Sydney. The primary goal was to position Spa Dental as a premium dental practice and break away from the generic, textbook-style branding that other dentistry’s convey, a look their existing website was unintentionally reinforcing.

Avoiding Clichés

The design steered clear of overused dental imagery like tooth icons and sterile white backgrounds, opting instead for a fresh, contemporary approach.

Capturing the luxury interiors of Spa Dental

The Focus Aesthetic
The target of AIIMS Production was to elegantly capture the Spa Dental Clinic with all the high production value and attention to detail that the luxury interiors deserved. From the photographs to the videography, we ensured that everything was clean, airy, and crisp across the visuals.

Testimonial Videos
As a dental practice, and therefore healthcare practitioners under AHPRA, this was a tricky space to navigate. AHPRA laws restricted and controlled a lot of things about what you can and cannot say around medical procedures. There were specific laws that also targeted using testimonials in advertising and marketing. We used a one-person agency to assist AIIMS Production and the wider AIIMS team on this campaign, and created videos and photos that fit in line with these restrictions.

Even within these confines to the usual production creativity, the video testimonials gathered a lot of traction wherever they were placed. Bringing more quality leads towards Spa Dental’s clinics.

Challenges we overcame together

The main challenge for us in delivering the campaign was the high level of scrutiny, trust and restrictions that existed around a client that existed in the healthcare industry. The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (or AHPRA for short) has a lot of restrictions on advertising a healthcare service. Social Media platforms also put on greater scrutiny on what can be used, shown or said on Social Ads.

We worked with an outside agency that specialised in understanding AHPRA in advertising and marketing to ensure that we didn’t step outside the boundaries of the law and that everything was above board. Even with the strict restrictions around what you can do and say around testimonial content for a dentist clinic, our creative content and socials demanded excellent traction and gained a lot of new leads for the clinic. This, we believe, was a great success.
